As a child, I had a variety of unique experiences from trauma-based to spiritual occurrences that guided me to where I am now. My lived traumas give me an edge as a coach, because when I say I can relate or empathize - 90% of the time, I can. 

Many coaches will tell you to "see the lesson" in the pain or to "look for the silver lining".

I will tell you the pain fucking sucks, help you touch it, move through it, and support you as you come out the other side.

As a Certified Sex, Love, Dating, & Relationships Coach and a Certified Somatic Practitioner with 7+ years of coaching experience... I know just how to lead you (or you and your partner) in ways that truly feel safe and enjoyable.

My highest joy is guiding others on their path of spiritual and personal development!

Along the way, I learned sexual development is a catalyst for rapid healing. It is the ONE thing of everything that I've tried throughout the years that provided an immediate reprieve on my nervous system.

So I dove in. I was obsessed with kink for healing and how embodiment and somatics tie into it all.

I had a similar obsession with conscious language and how it can quickly change things in your life, even more so when you learn to be 'vulnerable and authentic'. 

Now, I get to put everything I've learned and experienced into practice by helping singles and couples embrace love, communication, themselves, and their kinks in a way that feels good.
